In Port Townsend's Cape George Colony Community
This approximately 1,400-square foot home with great views of Discovery Bay and the majestic Olympic Mountains is located near historic Port Townsend, Washington in the private residential community of Cape George Colony.
Cape George is about four miles west and slightly south of Port Townsend on Discovery Bay. Cape George Colony is protected by CC&Rs that protect property values and ensures a pleasant home community for residents.
Cape George Colony Club, which is owned and operated by the members, has numerous amenities. These include a large, enclosed swimming pool, complete exercise facility, a marina, a large clubhouse, and a woodworking workshop for the use of members. The community has various ongoing classes, from exercise to learning a foreign language, and activities, from group hikes to bridge and quilting. The Club owns and maintains its own water system and nine miles of private roads. There are over two miles of private beach with clams, geoduck, crabs and other seafood delights.
